2023 has been declared by the European Union as the European Year of Skills 2023 (in English, European Year of Skills #EYS2023) with the aim of addressing existing gaps in the European Union and boosting skills strategies, which will contribute to the reskilling of people by focusing on digital skills and green technologies.
To this end, Europe aims to help people obtain the right skills for quality jobs and to help businesses, particularly SMEs, obtain competent labor that can cope with the digital and green transition.
In this regard, the #Pact4Youth project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, seeks to attract young talent to construction by training them in sectoral subjects that will make it possible to address the 2030 Climate Goals.
