On November 16, the Fundaci贸n Laboral de la Construcci贸n and the Confederaci贸n Nacional de la Construcci贸n (CNC) organized, within the framework of the #Pact4Youth project, the first meeting of the high-level public-private working group with experts in the Spanish construction sector.
The objective of this meeting was to address the reasons for the low attraction of young people to the sector and to provide measures or proposals to help increase the labor market insertion of this group.
For their part, the other partners from Italy, Greece and Cyprus will hold this type of meeting with their national experts.
The results of these high-level working groups will help to draw up a Road Map and Action Plan for the employability of young people in the construction sector.
