The Fundación Laboral de la Construcción participated in the ‘nnual Meeting on Concrete Repair, Reinforcement and Protection: ARPHO 2023 Forum‘, on November 28, presenting the initiatives that, from the institution, are carried out to encourage the attraction and permanence of people in the construction sector.
Taking advantage of the theme, Belén Blanco, Project Technician at the FLC, presented the #Pact4Youth project focused on training and the requalification of skills to enable the development of a future-oriented professional career As part of its main objectives, the European initiative aims to attract younger people to the construction sector by developing a comprehensive strategy for their qualification and employability in the labor market
This year, the ARPHO Forum was organized at the Centro de Estudios y Experimentación de Obras Públicas (CEDEX)in Madrid, addressing the problems and repair actions arising from climate change, new work scenarios for repair products and the analysis of data, calculation models and digital twins in structures.
