This toolkit is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the construction sector by providing practical resources to encourage them to be involved in apprenticeship and work-based learning processes, enabling them to develop a skilled workforce while contributing to the growth of the construction sector. By identifying barriers and simplifying the apprenticeship process, the toolkit aims to increase the number of apprentices in SMEs and foster stronger collaboration between SMEs and educational institutions.
